THE ARREST
FBI agents surrounded Teddy's house and ordered him outside at gunpoint. No warrant was shown, he was refused an attorney, and the warrant that was later produced was full of false testimony and perjury.
READ MORE →The lengths the FBI went to cover up their failed investigation into Teddy Miller are disturbing. Especially when they were given definitive proof that he was innocent. Civil rights violations, theft, extortion, perjury, false testimony, intimidation, defamation, and so much more.
SEE WHAT HAPPENED ↓SHARE THIS STORYTeddy had never been arrested. The FBI thought surrounding his home, locking him up and taking away everything around him would scare him into admitting whatever they wanted. Instead, Teddy fought back and immediately began showing them he was innocent.
That created a new problem: they had already arrested him. Now they needed the conviction.
FBI agents surrounded Teddy's house and ordered him outside at gunpoint. No warrant was shown, he was refused an attorney, and the warrant that was later produced was full of false testimony and perjury.
READ MORE →While agents had Teddy outside and under arrest, the FBI entered his house without a warrant and proceeded to go through his house looking for anything they wanted, while keeping his wife at gunpoint. They eventually came out with bank cards and his cellphone.
READ MORE →The court had not decided if Teddy's investment site was legal or not, or if the investments were real. But instead of following the law, agents shut the site down the same day he was arrested.
Knowing that it would cause investors to panic and hoping they would believe they had been scammed... regardless if it was true.
READ MORE →Following his arrest, federal law required agents to bring Teddy before a judge without unnecessary delay so he could be told of the charges against him, have his rights explained, and have his detention addressed.
Instead, they hid him in maximum security with alleged murderers and violent offenders, denied him medical care for a serious injury, and gathered jail calls they would later manipulate into manufactured evidence against him.
They thought he would panic and eventually admit what he had done. There was just one problem: Teddy hadn't done what they thought he did.
READ MORE →Three days after federal agents arrested Teddy, he was finally brought into court.
He had not confessed. He had not given the FBI the admission they expected. Instead, Teddy was still demanding answers and trying to fight what was happening.
So rather than letting him go home, the government moved to keep him locked up while they built their case.
Which was also illegal, but that's on the prosecutor.
READ MORE →Agent Aaron Lee took the stand to convince the judge Teddy needed to stay locked up.
Instead, he admitted the FBI entered Teddy's house without a search warrant and took his cellphone.
Then came the rest: false testimony about Teddy supposedly missing court, false claims involving Philco, and false claims about Teddy not owning properties that records showed he owned.
This wasn't an investigator making one mistake. The agent responsible for building the case was now giving false testimony under oath to keep Teddy in jail.
READ MORE →The day after Agent Lee admitted under oath that the FBI had no search warrant for Teddy's house, Agent Benjamin Wood went to another judge asking for permission to search the cellphone they had already taken from inside it.
Wood didn't tell the judge the FBI had walked into Teddy's home without a search warrant and taken the phone. Instead, he called it “lawful possession.”
They stole Teddy's phone on August 9. Lee admitted there was no search warrant on August 15. On August 16, Wood called their possession “lawful.”
BUT TEDDY IS THE ONE IN JAIL??
READ MORE →Teddy wasn't giving the FBI the confession they expected.
So agents turned their attention to his wife and mother, threatening them and using the possibility of arrest to pressure Teddy's family into cooperating.
His wife had already been held at gunpoint during Teddy's arrest. Now the FBI was making it clear that Teddy wasn't the only person they could go after.
Fight us, and your family becomes part of the case too.
READ MORE →Teddy still hadn't been indicted, and the FBI was starting to realize they may actually have to prove their accusations in court, and they couldn't.
Teddy had finally found a lawyer licensed in West Virginia who could defend him. Then his accounts were frozen.
Without a seizure warrant, the government froze Teddy's personal and business bank accounts, suddenly cutting him off from the money he needed to pay his lawyer, employees, mortgages, business expenses, and support his family.
They didn't just freeze a bank account they suspected. They froze them all.
Soon, everything Teddy had worked his entire life to build would be in jeopardy.
READ MORE →This was when Teddy was finally formally charged with the crimes the government accused him of committing.
By the time this document existed, the FBI had already arrested Teddy, held him in maximum security, taken his phone, shut down his investment website, gone after his family, and frozen all of his money.
They didn't formally charge Teddy and then start taking things from him. They started taking everything first.
The FBI had already taken away Teddy's investors' access to their money and information. Teddy was locked in jail and couldn't respond.
On September 12, Agent Lee went to another judge with two purposes: cover up the earlier seizure of Teddy's websites and tell his investors the reason they couldn't access their money and Teddy wasn't responding was because Teddy had scammed them.
The FBI took control of the websites and replaced them with its own seizure message, directing Teddy's investors to report a crime.
And to make things even worse, Lee lied his ass off in the affidavit to get the warrant.
They created the problem. Then they blamed Teddy for it.
READ MORE →For weeks, the FBI had been threatening Teddy's mother and making her believe she could be arrested if she didn't cooperate.
Eventually, the pressure worked.
Terrified of what the FBI would do to her, Teddy's mother brought his backpack to her attorney's office and surrendered it to the government.
Inside were Teddy's laptop, iPad, phones, money and personal belongings.
They didn't convince Teddy's mother they had the legal right to take it. They scared her until she gave it to them.
READ MORE →Just like they had done with Teddy's phone, the FBI seized his backpack illegally and now needed to make it look legitimate.
So they went to a separate judge and requested a warrant, once again claiming Teddy's property was already in their “lawful possession,” along with several other false statements used to get the warrant.
Then they hid the warrant on a separate docket, keeping Teddy from being notified and once again violating his due-process rights.
Take it first. Get the warrant later. Hide the warrant from Teddy.
DO THEY EVEN KNOW THE LAW?
READ MORE →For more than two months, Teddy's accounts had already been frozen without a seizure warrant, cutting him off from his money while his businesses and properties were being destroyed.
Finally, on October 31, Agent Lee went to a separate judge seeking a warrant to seize five Fifth Third accounts, citing the use of authority under forfeiture. He used the same lies he had for the other warrants and pretended they were all linked.
There was an enormous problem: TEDDY HADN'T BEEN CONVICTED. And even if he was, it would have only covered the one bank account.
The government's own indictment said forfeiture “UPON CONVICTION.”
But it gets so much worse. The judge, thinking Teddy had already been convicted, authorized the seizure of up to $400K. But since Lee had already seized everything, he just didn't fill out how much he took.
So, to be clear: Agent Lee committed perjury by knowingly lying throughout the affidavit to get the warrant approved. Then he didn't fill out the inventory sheet that is required to list exactly how much money he took and is required to be signed by a second agent.
He hid the warrant under a separate docket where Teddy would never find it, preventing Teddy from being able to contest it and get his stolen money returned.
Still to this day, they have not released the amount of money that was stolen from Teddy or his businesses and still have it in their possession, despite the court being notified many times of the illegal actions.
But that's another section.
READ MORE ABOUT THIS →Teddy had spent years building an audience of millions of people on social media. From jail, he repeatedly talked on recorded phone calls about what he planned to do if he was released.
He was going online and telling everyone what the FBI had done to him.
The FBI was listening to those calls. Shortly afterward, Teddy's social media accounts disappeared.
There was no known warrant authorizing the FBI to seize them, no notice to Teddy, and no opportunity for him to challenge what happened.
Just like his money, websites and property, the FBI decided Teddy didn't need a judge before they took something from him.
Except this time, what disappeared was Teddy's ability to speak directly to millions of people.
They couldn't get Teddy to stop fighting. So they took away his audience.

Teddy had tried telling everyone what the FBI had done. No one would listen.
Not the court. Not the media. And the FBI certainly wasn't going to investigate itself.
So while Teddy's criminal case was still going on, he formally documented the corruption and filed an FTCA complaint against the FBI and Department of Justice. He also notified the federal court handling his criminal case.
No one acknowledged it. The court ignored it. The FBI never responded.
There is no response on the criminal docket because there never was one.
Teddy had finally put everything in writing. And still, no one would listen.
READ THE COMPLAINT →PEOPLE SIGNED THEIR NAMES TO IT.
Aaron Lee's name runs through Teddy's case from the beginning: the criminal complaint, arrest, detention hearing, website seizure, backpack and bank warrant. Again and again, this site documents the same accusations: knowingly false statements, property taken before warrants were obtained, warrants hidden from Teddy, threats against his family, and evidence used to keep him locked up.
After the FBI entered Teddy's house without a search warrant and took his cellphone, Benjamin Wood went to a judge seeking permission to search it. Instead of telling the judge how the FBI actually got the phone, Wood's affidavit said it was already in the FBI's “lawful possession.”
The investigation, arrest, seizures, warrants and pressure campaign described throughout this site came through the FBI operation in Charleston, West Virginia. This site proves federal agents knowingly broke the law, lied to judges, concealed what they had done, and destroyed Teddy's life to protect a case they knew they couldn't prove.
A formal investigation has been launched against the agents overseeing and directly involved in all of the illegal conduct, and the field office for corruption. But who knows if they are actually doing anything about it.
Please help by reading the documents and submitting your own complaint. The more people who submit, the more attention it will get.
